Message	5 quarts is over a full quart above the recommended amount. You don't seriously suggest that we run a full 5 quarts in our cars do you? You know someone might actually try because you posted so. I overfill mine too, I use about 4 quarts. I don't put 5 in, and IMO that can be the difference between churning oil and causing pressure increase that blows seals.
